jack the rear up and place jack stands underneath.
then remove center console.
get out 12mm wrench and have the parking brake clicked up once.
then behind the brake handle there is a cable wire with a nut on it splitting to 2 cable wires, start turning the nut with the 12mm wrench.
only do a few turns and then check that both wheels still spin but with some resistance.
then drop ebrake and check the wheel spin again.
