Air escaping/loss of power

Bear with me here, I don't know much about cars. I have a 92 bubble with a d15b. While accelerating from a stop this morning, I heard a whooshing noise coming from (i think) under tge car and had barely any power. It sounded like air escaping that got louder the more I hit the gas. I pulled over to see where it was coming from but it wouldn't do it in park. Only drive and reverse. Turned the car off and back on and it was fine. This is the 2nd time it happened. The first time resulted in a hunting idle that was remedied with a new iacv and a fitv block-off plate.

Any ideas what this is? My guess was vacuum leak, but it idled fine this time, just the noise and loss of power. Any help would be appreciated more than you know.

Nope. Also since the first time it happened, exhaust is louder and car shakes at idle and certain RPM's
