aligning the rear hatch glass on a 92 civic hatch

i just bought a used rear hatch glass for my 92 civic hatch because the old one was smashed, i got it all bolted up and everything but I cant figure out how to adjust it so that it wont have any gap on the sides. any ideas?

Hatch Gap

The only way I know how to take care of this problem is to take your interior panels of the back push out sides of the pillars, this will make the sides of the pillars where the glass closes give a better seal when the hatch is closed. I have the same problem now but no leaks, Ill get to it when I do the body work.

ok so i tried to remount it again it looks like i have the wrong glass but i think they only made one for the glass of this style right? maybe my frames tweaked cause it was in a accident heres a couple pics of it and thats with the hatch ligned up with the lock
