Anybody listen to metal bands?

there was metal b4 metallica and the reason there are so many types of metal is because there are so many styles of metal...lol

just like cars everyone is going to have a different opinion. i myself hate metal that has hair metal influences like 3 inches of blood. i cant stand that style of scream...

i like that heavy demonic scream and throaty groan like despised icon and abigail williams and so on, but i have a love for music and great guitars and drums and thats really what metal is to me.. great rythym in a different sense..

pretty sure i heard a rumor of this when he was with shadows fall too.. never saw shadows fall when he fronted but they are decent with the guy with the dreads...
