gives minimal gains, a couple of aftermarket ones dont come with a damper or whatever u call it to absord some of the vibration from the crank, which is a bad thing b/c that can ruins your bearings and f**k up your crank.....read some horror stories on it on honda tech...for the gains, i wouldnt risk it...but even some people ran them for over a year and had no problems....so who knows
