Hey guys, so I ended up getting a B18C4 engine from an importer. It was a hasty pick up on my end and kinda regret it but I digress. I'm looking to keep the engine and looking to build it for boost. When I swapped it in, it burnt so much oil and was overheating so my mechanic who did my swap recommended to rebuild. I plan on boosting this engine but not going crazy with it and looking to keep it street tuned.
What I'm looking for is information and any help:
When rebuilding and doing bolt on additions, will all B18C1 parts fit for the B18C4?
Are they the same in terms of buying a rebuild kit?
Anything I should know of any experiences you have had with the engine that will be important for me to know?
Any recommendations for when rebuilding this motor?
Honestly, any help would be amazing. The only info I got on this motor are from UK forums since it's a UK engine and it's all old material.
