B16 lags between 1000 -3000 rpms help

Hey what's up guys I have 91 civic hatch with a obdo first gen b16a with a LSD tranny it's weird from 1000-3000 Rpms it lags like really bad then right
At like 3200 it picks up idk what the problem is but I won't to find out please help thank you

^^ that, or your o2 sensors. my y8 did the same thing. it was horrible acceleration, then when it got about 3000 rpms i can feel the jerking then it picks up. If your car ever starts to not go like bogs down and starts flutering, then its your o2 sensors.
