im planning to go for a B18 swap... my car is the 99' hatchback that comes with the b16a2 (vti -Ek4).
being a B block, I know almost everything is the same... but what about wirering? (r both obd2?) cooling? is the original radiator enough?

I've also heard that the b16 intake manifold is better than the b18, if I stick to my b16 intake, how about all the sensors? isv, map, maf?

Im wondering if its just a bolt on change, or if there are some other things to bear in mind.

Thanks

wiring should be the same if it is the same obd. b16a2 (civic si 99-00) were all obd2b. civic 96-98 were odb2a.

original radiator should be enough.

b16 intake manifold will not bolt up to a b18 head unless it is a type r.

sensors may be different. ecu must be able to read them yo.
