b18b1 swap running/starting problems

so i had a b18b1 swapped into my 98 civic hx the other day, its been problems ever since. i have an issue with starting it cranks over for about 10-15 seconds then catches and starts but bogs right down and dies unless i hit the gas on and off till it warms up, if i hold the gas down without letting off and getting back on it dies really quick.. when it does start it will shoot to like 2k and then drop on down to nothing until it dies. ive replaced plugs wires the po said the dizzy is about 3 months old so i dont think that is the problem, i ran seafoam which made it run good all yesterday started fine every time i drove it which was about 10-15 times consistantly starting fine, but today its not working out too well,

any advice on what to do about this i need my car for work tomorrow or ill be in some deep sh!t lol

also it came with a p75 ecu and running my stock hx harness.
