back again. this time e-brake question.

So I finally got that stubborn bolt out of the LCA and got my rear disc setup mounted. I got the e-brake cables bolted up and everything. The thing is, when I pull up on the ebrake cable (all the way), the tires still move. The equilizer bracket is installed and the adjustment nut is adjusted all the way, so what could it be? Does the system have to get bled first?

I have that same problem, you have to bled the system first. and be sure the calipers are not stock...
