Back of 2007 Civic EX bottoming out over bumps

The back of my 2007 Civic is bottoming out going over bumps. On a trip to Savannah, I noticed that every time I hit a bump on 95, the car would bottom out and jump to the right. What would cause this? The car has 121000 miles on it and the shocks have never been changed. Could this be the culprit, or should I look somewhere else?

Yes, more than likely the struts/shocks are in need of replacing!
