ok so im looking to do a jdm motor n 5 speed trans wit turbo.. right now i have a usdm 94 ex automatic.. whats the best route with keeping it still on a budget..? what would i have to build on the motor for it to handle a decent amount of boost from a turbo??

B18b Is A Good Block For Boost But The Head I Would Use A Gsr And Build It Right You Should Be Able To Get 13psi's Easy

If your looking to make it a more economical performer, the B18B is excellent as it has, for a a 2L or less, good torque and a fairly broad powerband.

If you want something with a little more attitude than the B18B go with a B16A.
