Cheapest is a chipped ECU using Crome, then have a local tuner tune your car. Best for the money I'd say HA Motorsports ECU's http://www.hamotorsports.com , or try Xenocron.. If you're staying NA, you don't really NEED anything like Hondata or Neptune.
