Ok, time for the major update. Sorry I've been lacking latly. Here it is!
It all started when this happened
But thats ok, cause I ordered a new d16y7 and they actually sent me a ZC, which will work fine for me!
oh no! Where did my tranny go!
The first thing we did was install the new flywheel, clutch and pressure plate.
Then a few days later, installed the Intercooler.
First a test fit, with tac welds
Tom: Looks good
Me: No, its off center
Tom: f**k you
Me. Whatever, it gets the job done.
Here my buddy tom welding the mounts of the intercooler.
After that was done, it was time for putting it in place
Then came time to mount my full race manifold, of course it wasn't to go on easy...
Here tom is grinding out the holes a bit, to make it fit.
After a few hours of grinding at it, and many broken grinding bits, we decided to just hammer it on! With a little force it went on pretty easy!

Thats it for now folks, more soon! Still got a hell of alot to install!

As for an update, didn't go much today buy find out I'm missing a s**t load of bolts and s**t and we put a bunch of hoses on got some electrical power in the car, and put the suspension back together, thats pretty much it. Pics tomorrow when I put my wheels on.

you pieced ur turbo setup for how much ..if you dont mind me asking

I'm not the right person to ask for that. The only thing I basically got used was the turbo. I didn't like anything that came with the turbo kits out there, so I bought all new items. Tial waste gate, greedy bov, full race manifold... Not exactly a home made turbo kit, although it is.nightryder99 said:
