Block Heater for 98DX 1.6

I've just purchased a 1998 Civic DX which doesn't have a block heater. Unfortunately, I'm located in the block heater zone. I haven't had much of a chance to get under and look. Does anyone know if it's much to get one in there? I know I'd have to drain the glychol. Where would the easiest frost plug access be?

their bout $105. brand new just the part though. you probally install it yourself, its not hard at all!!!
