Blown Motor: Swap Options?

Today while driving my original motor decided to retire. I need a new motor. I want to buy something with a little bit more power but I am not wanting to swap the transmission too. Is there any motors, or ways I can get this done

I have not heard of any easy or moderately difficult swap for this car, sorry.
What happened to the old motor? Do you know why it died?

Yes, please explain exactly what happened to your car and why you came to that conclusion. Also, specify your year, trim, & transmission.

I also reworded your title as you really don't want a new motor but suggestions on motor swap options. A new motors would mean you plan to buy a new one from Honda, which would cost you probably 3-4 times the cost of a used motor swap.
