ok im debating on wether or not to get AEM or Injen CAI. i heard that aem doesnt give you the CEL but injen has better quality material.... so wich one is the best one to go with?? also does anyone have a bypass valve installed with theirs?? does it work?

i have an aem on the civic, no complaints here...except for the person who bought it got it in an ugly gray color...but i dont have a CEL or anything.

Actually, AEM has released an intake that fixes the CEL ordeal. Here is the thread posted on 8thcivic.comhttp://www.8thcivic.com/forums/showthread.php?t=27901 I would go with the AEM if you are trippin' off the CARB sticker, otherwise Injen is the way to go...

AEM did release their new intake...

Just make sure you get the right one, it would suck if you bought one of the defective models.

^ x2 - I bought a CAI AEM intake and loved it, it rains and snows a lot here so I just take off the extra piping and put the filter back on and make it short ram for the winter.
