EX sedan mostly loaded A/C/T PW PL ETC. You could get A/C but...
EX-G mostly loaded with ABS (although the badging says only EX)

96-00 6th gen. LX, EX, SE Civic sedans in Canada:

Engine = 1.6 106 hp non-VTEC D16Y7

vs.

96-00 6th gen. EX sedan in US:

Engine = 1.6 127 hp VTEC D16Y8

Note.
For EX-G sedans in Canada, G = Group Option Package (GOP) = Air Conditioning + ABS.
