Car keeps stalling

Hi guys. I really need help with me 94 civic. I have a D16z6 and it has a rough idle. It feels like it wants to stall when I'm at a stop and when I drive off it feels like it has a miss fire but after a while the car will start working normal and then the miss fire feeling comes back. Most times it comes and goes repeatedly as I'm driving. I have Changed spark plug wires, my fuel filter, and I checked my dizzy today and seen that my dizzy rotor was missing the bolt that holds it so I put that on and still the same problem. I have also changed my spark plugs about a month ago so I doubt that would be my problem. Can someone please help!!!!

Any CEL?

Could be a few things:
Fuel filter is old
Clogged injector or some other interference with an injector
Coil in the distributor - they can suffer from temperature related failures, my car would run fine until hot then would cut spark.
Map sensor dirty or faulty
IACV could be stuck open/closed.

Or the wildcard of a bad/ going ecu.

Did the screw break the dizzy cap. A hairline cracks not visible to the eye can cause it. It's definitely ignition related
