car shaking when stopped

My 1991 honda civic is shaking when sitting at lights idling. It seems to shake less when I start to accelerate and is barely noticeable when driving.

She also doesnt seem to be accelerating as well either.

I've had some other problems with her but they have been fixed now, however I'll post the link to the other thread as perhaps they may be related to the current problem.

Inspect the plugs, cap, and rotor and check the ignition timing. Any CEL codes?

No CEL codes at all.

I did replace the distributer cap, rotor, ignition coil and ignitor because it wouldn't start at one point but now its starting and its still shaking.

I also exchanged the wires for a different used pair but noticed no difference.

Check your compression. If low on one cylinder, it's probably a burnt exhaust valve. It can shake enough to break the engine mount. JMS

Check for a vacuum leak too, that can cause some interesting symptoms.
