Hi I'm new to the site. I just bought my daughter a 1999 civic 1.6 DX and its a great little car, only 110,000. Recently after driving it for a short distance the car would die. After some frustration I figured out that if you loosen the gas cap the car would start right up and run great. Then I did a fuel pressure test and and it was right where it was suppose to be. Also changed the fuel filter. Any ideas?
