Cel P0453

Need help in fixing cel P0453 which stands for EVAP system pressure sensor/Switch circuit high. I replaced the Ecm and replaced the sensor and evap system with a used one off of another car. Went a day and a half with no light and it came back on with the same code. Need some tips to get it fixed. Thanks

Its a 96 ex with a D16y8 2 dr coupe 5 speed manual lowered on Eibach coilovers, cold air intake and full exhsust
