changing spark plugs

hey when i buy some new plugs for my 99 ex i was woundering if the plugs come ready to just go in or do i need a gapper to gap the plug? please let me know some brands that come ready for my vehicle

usually they are gapped for factory settings.

Gap them yourself just in case. The gapping tool is .99 cents.

Most come pre-gapped, and work pre-gapped, unless your hardcore auto dude there is no need to re gap them

Most spark plugs today come pre-gapped.

Although checking that they did it correctly at the factory and that it did not change during shipping is very easy and well worth the effort.

Everyone has provided good advice. The plugs are gapped at the factory but it would be wise for you to double check the gap prior to installation.

Get NGK or Denzo, not Bosch.

NGK plugs IMO are the best plugs and they are pre-gapped most of the time. Check anything you buy on your car before you install it. And a little anti seize on the threads wont hurt for future changings.
