This is for the OEM '98 front and rear lip owners. This does not include the "SiR" lip or the Type R lips.

Feel feel to post photos. Photos will be required in order to be added to the lip. This is to help avoid any confusion.

Please tell me the information that I have already provided for myself.

I have the oem rear, and a oem ctr front but i guess that one doesnt count in here..

Just got it painted so its the only picture I have currently.

I will be painting the weatherstrip lining black instead of vsm..

NOFX, did you lower your coupe more? looks really good in that picture.

Yes, it's an inch and a half lower. And thank you.

If you ever repaint it, you can remove the trim and replace it with new trim after paint.

YOur rear lip counts too.

Thanks. I've had those wheels for at least a year now though. Those are cornering lights.

Having a car that does not have tinted windows has convinced me that I definitely want tint.

I'd like to get it on the other car now.

yes its real!

here is a picture of the honda stamp..

i bought the vti rear lip and SiR rear bumper together...

the lip and bumper were originally blue when i bought them, and got them repainted roma red when the car got painted back in june, thats why the black strip is painted too...

is there anything else you want a picture of to prove that its real?

I see at least 4 civics in the same plaza that I work at has the front and rear lip....all of them old ladies haha. 2 red and 2 silvers. Was planning on leaving a note to see if they were willing to sell it haha.

You should snap some photos. It's always good to see more cars with them and it'd be neat to see some stock original examples.

Yeah, the lip is rare. Big f**king whoop. I don't rub it in anyone's face. It is what it is.

I don't make replicas because I'm not a fan of replicas. I don't think there's much of a market for the front lips even.

Specifically I would like to find the other cars on here that have the lip. I know there was a guy with a white coupe on here that has the whole kit, but I can't remember for the life of me who it is. I'm hoping he finds this thread. I know there are others on here.

I don't think they're as rare in real life as they are in the Honda scene. I still haven't managed to see one in person besides my own, but Eran saw one on a red coupe up north. Car was stock he said. Right down to the pinkish paint.

I see a lot of people telling me that they see the cars all the time, but no one ever posts up any photos. I would love to see some photos of stock cars with them even.

I did manage to find a stock Civic hatch with the stock '97 under spoiler ("SiR" lip) a few years back. It surprised me since at that time I didn't think we got them in the US. I stopped and took some photos, but I'm not sure if I still have them. I talked to the owner on the phone later. She told me she'd been in a wreck and needed some new front end parts. All the parts had come from a local junkyard off a crashed stock car.
