Civic 2001 suspension - where to get cheap but good parts?

Hi everybody. I'm new to the honda forum.
Owning my little honda civic 2001 4 door that done 335K km since new, i'm after a major tune up.
I was told that my shocks are "shocking" bearings can pop up any time, springs are bad, bushes are worn...
basically everything needs replacing.
My question is: since it's not a race car, the engine d17 is a bit sluggish....i would like to improve the drive terrain. So need advice where to get parts like bushes, new bearings or maybe the whole "Y" bones,
and in regards to shock absorbers maybe a good idea would be to use coil overs, some cheap but good quality, since a set of springs and new shocks would be the same cost.

Please advice what should i get and where.
Car has 18wheels with slim tires on it. 225x30x18

how are we suppose to help any of you guys if you don't post your price range?! your cheap and my cheap are probably 2 completely different amounts! $1000 may be cheap for me and $1000 may be $500 over your range.
