Civic 2014 (118 000 Km.) bruit grincement

J'ai depuis 1 mois un genre de grincement de poulies. J'ai donc défait la ''poulie folle'' (celle qui sert a rien) et la poulie tensionneur sans succès.
Le bruit semble venir de l'intérieur du moteur ou de la chaîne de synchronisation.(timing chain)
Avez-vous déja rencontré ce genre de bruit fatiguant et comment le réparer sans passer par le concesionnaire.

C'est la poulie de la pompe a l'eau qui est ''lousse'', donc le roulement a billes est usé.
Je vais changer la pompe et je vous reviens avec les résultats.
