Hi all, just bought (collect tomorrow) a late 97 lsi coupe, expect lots of questions as this is my first honda, been a fiat person till now.
I have one quick question now though, what milage do you need to change the cam belt at? And is it an easy job? Plan to do it myself unless you need and specialist tools.

cheers

Steve

Oh man, 100k huh? Well then I need to change mine soon. My cousin did it on his 93 civ and said it was a pain. Hes been working on cars since he was 12, and he is now 45, he still had a heck of a time. He never got stuck but just took a little time. My mom drove a fiat for her 2nd car, said it ran like crap. But I dunno, I wish I wouldve been able to see it.

EDIT: Welcome to the club man, enjoy your stay.

around 50-60k, but if its a second hand car its always best to change the cam belt as you dont know what kind of abuse its had. i took mine to a garage it set me back a £100 all in.
