Well I got the header installed and I replaced BOTH oxygen sensors and now I'm getting codes 41 AND 65. 41 is for the Primary O2 sensor heater and 65 is for the Secondary O2 sensor heater. Any more ideas???

Well I got a great tip from another thread and it worked. If anyone else has this problem and it seems to be hooked up right unhook your battery. It worked for me. Thanks to 4doorcivic16 for the tip.

Yeah, you kind of have to clear the CEL when it hardcodes.

you can also clear codes by pulling a fuse, "backup" or something like that, under the hood.. That's how I clear mine..
Glad to see it worked out for you, though!
