Clutch Point

So recently I have noticed that my clutch point was really high, I thought that i t was common in civics until I drove my friends this weekend and his was not. Like when you drive it the clutch doesn't engage until around the brake pedal, like you can release the clutch pedal all the way to the brake pedal until it starts to engage, its really weird and it has been quite annoying now that I think about it, any suggestions?

Adjust the rod coming out of the mc that attaches to your clutch. I forget which way is which. I'd look it up but I'm on a short break at work.
