Coil Spring Compressors or Strut compressors?

Im lowering my 2000 Civic hatch, and was wondering if I needed coil spring compressors or strut spring compressors?

Im assuming you are putting coil sleeves on your stock struts and trying to remove the tophat and stock coil correct?
