Coilovers for 97 Civic HB?

New to everything about this site. i have a 97 civic hb im tryna drop pretty low eventually but not necessarily lay frame. i have a budget of roughly 800$ to blow. ive heard racelands and f&f 1's do the job but ive seen a lot of negative reviews. Need opinions most bang for my buck. thanks
