My 93 civic hb wont start
The car will crank but will not fire up. Fuses are good battery is good. It could be the Main Relay But i jus changed it 2 weeks ago brand new from honda dealer ship ( check the inside the main relay, still looks Brand New ). When the key iginition is turn to on you dont hear it primin but we bypass by havin a wire to the positive terminal to the fuel pump wires and you hear it prime but the car wont fire up still. I have no sparks commin out from the iginition wires and we test it by puttin a screw driver in it and crank it up but NO spark. I did some research about * Bad ICM * and it seems to be the same systoms but i still dont get why the Civic wont prime when they key is switch to ON but she will crank
