Custer problem.. Help needed desperatly..

Hello guys, I need advice, my 99 honda civic is giving cluster problems, the speedo needle jumps and battery light flickers while im driving but the car still runs smooth, any idea what could be the problem? I already went to 2 auto electrician both couldnt find the fault so figured I might get the answer on the forum, many thanks will be much appreciated

Is your #15 (7.5amp) fuse under your dash blown?

No the fuse is fine, alternator is fine, now the speedo stopped working at all, and engine light is on. I am going for diagnostics now then will see the outcome of that and will let you know what is happening, thank you

Test the alternator by measuring voltage across the two battery posts with the engine idling.

FYI: The flickering battery light tells you that fuse 15 is not blown.

Thanx for the responses, it was the VSS plug that was corroded and one pin was broken so that why the speedo was not was not working and the ecu light was on guess something there was grounding out.
