like stated no need for sleeves and block guard does more damage than helps from everything i have read. stock sleeves are good for 400hp or i think it was 450? also look at p2p0.com for custom length rods that will help raise the compression ratio with the vitara pistons. oh and im almost positive that any after market rod for the d16 requires notching the block and girdle

Since no one threw this out there I will, one thing you'll have to have is Hondata S300 or a tuned ecu on Crome or some other software...I personally wouldn't run anything other than the Hondata. As far as injectors go I've had good experiences with the RC550's and Walbro 255 pump combo on Vitara turbo builds.
