will my old 5 speed tranny in my hatch bolt up to a dohc zc?

been lookin around and i am pretty sure it does just lookin for conformation...

Yeah it will, i'm pretty sure every d series transmission will bolt up to one another.. you should be good to go.

its a ZC trans though? aren't they slightly different?

that was the reason i posted the thread... bc at first i thought any d tranny for a d motor... but then some people made it sound like you would need a zc tranny for a zc motor... anybody have experience with this? bc i would much rather keep the original tranny
