I have a d15 block mini me swap to a d16

I ran across a friend with a wrecked honda ( rear end ) I bought his turbo kit off him, Really cheap as im not going to use it long..

How long will this motor last before it pops, Im going to swap eventually anyways, but im just curious.

Motor itself right now is running perfect, not even 1 flaw.

The determining factors on how long something will last are: Oil Quality, Structural integrity, and the quality of ECU tune. Your motor will hold together as long as nothing bends or breaks, the oil doesn't loose it viscosity, and your motor is not detonating.

Someone feel free to correct me if they feel ive stepped out of line, but without getting into the nitty gritty thats the basics of what makes a motor last.

Oh i know, i keep oil changed every 1,000 miles on any vehicle

I was just wondering if boosting would make the life of the engine incredibly shorter

And i plan on getting a good tune before driving it

Thats good to know i was only going to try out 6-8 psi at first so that gives me some room to work with

depends on turbo size, CFM, and tune really.... stock bottom end is it limiting factor in reliability.
