D16 help

So I had plans to swap an H22 in my 93 EJ1. Those plans fell through so now I'm looking into rebuilding my Z6. My question is, would I be better off buying an OEM rebuild kit, or buying seperate pieces? My budget is going to be about $1000-$1500. I'm looking to get 200-220 hp as it will be a daily driver. Any additional info would be greatly appreciated.

Oh jeez. You need to do some research buddy, ur not making 200hp off an N/A d16 for $1500. Boost is you're only friend for that endeavour and re-building it with say vitara internals and putting together a turbo kit will also get a little pricey. You need to do some research and decide if you want to go N/A or FI and then pick an engine or turbo kit from there
