VB3165 New Member Aug 27, 2014 #1 I was wondering what I would all need to do to convert my D16Y8 1998 Honda Civic Ex, which comes stock with an OBD2A ecu, to an ODB1 ecu. I want to do this for the purpose of chipping and tuning the ecu for launch control / 2 step.
