My buddy has a 97 Civic Ex stock. lately a grinding sound has been coming up from his transmission. The sound is only there when he doesnt press on the clutch. As soon as he has the clutch down, the sound goes away but as soon as he lets go a grinding like sound comes back. I thought it was his pilot bearing and/or his throw out bearing. So yesterday we changed out his clutch with a Clutchmasters clutch FX300. This kit included a new clutch, pressure plate, pilot bearing, throw out bearing. I was considering telling him to buy a new Master and slave cylinder. I also torqued down everything to spec when installing the clutch. any ideas??????

Replacing the ISB is alot easier then you think. Follow the guide on the link provided by Stevie.
