d16z6 turbo?

i just got a 95 ex with a d16z6 in it and im wanting to install a turbo when i come up with the money. it has 254,000 miles on it but the thing is,is that those are all high mileage. the guy i got it from went to college in texas and were from tennessee. so is that a bad thing for the mileage? the car is in MENT condition. runs like a charm. but i need to know if i need any internal work done and "what kind of internal work" to be specific. im looking to be running on maybe 8 to 10 psi for a daily driven turbo. im just getting a ebay d16z6 t3 kit so how much would be the internal work and tuning prices? thanks and please give me a tad bit of details.

you deffinately want to take the time and do it right. You need to rebuild the motor n put in some built pistons n rods. Take your time and research on it because its going to cost more than what you think. Thats just my opinion though.
