D16Z6 vtec engagement? Which rpm?

Does anyone know the rpm when the VTEC engage for D16Z6?

I've heard some say 4600 or 4800 around there.

mostly is 4500 to 5000 is best kick and more touqre to kicked off

I've tested it out by hooking up a vtec light..it kicks around 4800 RPM. thanks for all the help

seems low. mine kicks at 5500 but i also have a tune and i think previous owner has changed vtec engagement since he put a 2step in.
