D16ZC Won't Start; CEL Flashing

Did a motor swap in my 90 civic dx to a 1.6 d16zc got the harness done by ry wire now it's all in I got fuel and spark but won't start check engine lite won't turn off and the new pm6 ecu is blinking 6 short times .

Code 6 --> Is the ECT sensor plugged in?

Also make sure all sensor connectors are plugged into the correct sensor.
