Got pulled over today for no front plate and my tail lights being tinted. CHP was pretty cool and only ticketed me for the front plate. He said that it would probably cost a bit to get some new tail lights so he wouldn't cite me for them.

I don't want to get flamed for bringing back an "old" thread, but I like your car. I'm looking forward to seeing it with a different lip though, eventually. I'm not big on fog lights on any car, but that's just my opinion. Is the BYS bumper the same for an EG as it is for an EK? I don't think I've seen the EG BYS.

ahhhhhhh ok. I see, I must have missed the part where "lip" was said instead of "bumper' but heck yes, that's a very nice looking lip. That's a strange looking wing on that gold-ish hatch though...maybe its just the angle.

I'd like to see more pictures of the BYS wing. You're planning to get one right? I think I've decided to stop blowing money on my 99 EX coupe with bad piston rings and I'm going to start saving up for an EG hatch.

This DIY lip is different. Honestly I don't know how long I'm gonna keep working on this car or if I'm even gonna keep it. I do plan on restoring the front end with all brand new oem parts. Then I can throw the oem lip that's in my garage. I'm also planning on BAR'ing a B18b then throwing a vtec head on. Hold for more pics, I'm editing.
