Dented Roof

So I did a search but couldn't find anything. I bought a 97 Civic LX a few months ago. I've been doing some work with it and was wondering what a solution to the roof being dented would be. It looks like a heavy person was standing on the top and just sat down suddenly. I thought maybe some of you guys had run across this problem before.

Maybe if you remove the headliner, you can just push the dent out by hand from the inside.

Who sits on the roof of a car? Slide the headliner out. Push it up with your hand or a rubber mallet. I would be pissed.
