Do these wheels (rims) fit for my new 2009 Honda Civic LX?

I'm very new to car modifications and whatnot and I really want to get some decent rims for my brand new car (2009 Honda Civic LX Sedan).

Here is my car specifications in terms of wheels:

16" with Full Covers/16" Alloys (LX-S)

I am maybe thinking of buying:

Will those rims listed above fit my car/fit my tires? I don't want to get the wrong type of rims and end up going through the hassle of returning.

Lastly, also can the number of lugs be an issue as well?

Also, if you can recommend me a decent priced black rims that would look good on my new black Civic, I would really appreciate it. Thanks!
