Door locks and some electrical not working* need input**

I have A 2001 lx coupe and the door locks arent working, checked fuses they were good unless there is one in the door then i havent check it, also my first slow setting on my wipers isnt working and my in car roof light does not turn on when i open the door but it does work jst not when i open the door when its set to the door option...any advice on what i need to do to fix this?

Test these fuses for voltage:

Hood fuses 3 (7.5A), 9 (10A) and 16 (20A)

Dash fuse 10 (7.5A)

Wiper problem:

Test the switch and wiper motor.

Thnx will check it out, and as for the wiper they work but jst the first setting which is suppos to be the slowest setting speed that's the one that won't work... But it works fine on the faster speeds
