Double din in 1999-2000 civic?

I search the forums and couldn't find any real threads on what needs to be done to fit a 7" screen. Most of the discussions are the 96-98 conversions of the bezel and heater core. I am looking to buy a 99-00 sedan. Do you need to fabricate customer bezel? I do not want a flip up.

Anyone try these kits?

looks almost identical to the scosche kit i took out of my civic when i sold my DDIN. they work great. depending on how you mount the kit to your screen, you can still get at least one OEM ISO screw back in per side to attach the DDIN to the factory metal brackets. a LOT more sturdy.
