I have a 1996 Honda Civic CX, I recently started to hear like something rubbing on my wheel from the rear right of my car. Now I think it might be the E-brake because i had an issue with my E-brake where I couldn't lift it all the way like it is suppose to. Or another thought I had that it could be was maybe my drum is out. I would really like some help cause I want to get this fixed as soon as possible, I don't want to drive my car because I don't want to risk breaking something.
