Some of them can, and some can't. Most of the time a company/seller on Ebay will list if it can be used with hid. Otherwise when you get them, they will have a sticker on it someplace. You might just want to ask the seller.

In fact you can put hid on those headlights the bulbs will fit, but you need to make some custom wiring because the stock headlights use one h4 bulb for both hi/low beam, and those headlights use one h1 and one h3 for hi and low beam separately

you should be able to as long as you have the right bulb. i'd ask the eBay dealer before ordering. a buddy of mine bought projector's online and they came w/ a sticker saying you can't use HIDS b/c they wont fit, but he custom cut off/sanded down a piece of metal and they fit now
