eg8 window question

thy dont go all the way down. i also have a eg8 and my back windows are messed up and i took everything inside of the door out for the windows and it still doesnt go all the way down.i was wondering how can i make my back window roll all the way down?do i need a whole new motor with rail?or can i just adjust the plastic holders on the rail?and if i have to change the motor with rail from what car?
^Truth. Some safety window bullshit or something. They never went all the way down, I don't think the EK ones go all the way down either.
